Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be raised immediately after receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Kindly check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Once verified, we will make it right by providing a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or defective.

We do not entertain exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Used products

Refunds & Cancellations

Once we receive and inspect your returned product or cancellation request, we will notify you whether the refund/cancellation is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
